The staff told me they wasn’t concerned about my partners heat injury and left him unseen for 6+ hours without any care.

Be compassionate or at least act like they care about the health of each patient.

Nurses lack in communication, care and compassion. Been ignored by them on numerous occasions whilst patient was having difficulties breathing. Lead nurse does not know how to diffuse difficult situations matron was great at majors department.

Offered me a seat after standing for several hours. Used the principles of care. speak empathetically. Listen to understand not to answer back. Don’t speak on top of the patient undergo some relevant training.
